Official Contest Rules – Cancun All-Inclusive Trip Giveaway
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States of America, age 21 or older. Employees of GSB Media, LLC, sponsors, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible. Individuals can qualify on any GSB Media, LLC radio station, but once qualified, cannot qualify again on any GSB Media, LLC radio station during the contest period.
Prize
One (1) trip for two (2) to Cancun, Mexico, including roundtrip airfare and accommodations at an all-inclusive resort, with a grand total not to exceed $2500.00. Subject to airline and resort availability and rules.
Travel Conditions
Winner/guest must have a valid passport and any required travel documents. Winner/guest are responsible for costs not included in the prize, including ground transportation, baggage fees, travel insurance, tips, and personal expenses. Travel dates will be set by winner using Beautiful Tomorrow Adventures, LLC Travel Agency within 60 days of being awarded the prize/trip. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Force Majeure
If events beyond the GSB Media, LLC’s control—such as severe weather, natural disasters, airline or resort cancellations, government restrictions, or other unexpected events—make it impossible to provide the trip as planned, GSB Media, LLC may change dates, replace the prize with one of equal value, or cancel it without liability.
IRS Form 1099
Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize, which will be reported to the IRS. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Liability/Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner/guest release GSB Media LLC, sponsors, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use, including travel-related risks. Winner/guest grant the GSB Media LLC and sponsors the right to use names, likenesses, voices, and statements for promotional purposes in all media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Notification
Winner will be selected per contest method announced on-air/online and notified by phone, text or e-mail. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
General Conditions
Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules and GSB Media, LLC’s decisions as final. GSB Media, LLC may modify or cancel the contest at any time.
Fine Print – Legal Compliance
Prize subject to availability and service provider terms. Winner/guest responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (passport valid for at least 6 months, visas, vaccinations). Minimum age restrictions may apply. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents except at Station’s discretion. Costs not specifically included in prize are the responsibility of the winner/guest. GSB Media, LLC not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, airline or resort issues, government actions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, GSB Media LLC may substitute prize or cancel promotion without liability. Winner to receive IRS Form 1099; all taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Acceptance of prize constitutes release of Station and sponsors from all liability and grants publicity rights as stated above.
